Yes, they have gluten free soy(tamari) so you can get chicken, steak, shrimp, rice you just need to make this aware before they start cooking ... Not to mention vegetables. Their salad is okay but the soup would not be Because of the fried french onions in it ... As for sushi, options are limited. Most of the restaurants we have dealt with use imitation crab, have wheat in their wasabi, or their sauces are not GF. If you want Sushi, I recommend Nona. We had a few issues with Sushi from Shogun
