If they don't have it in stock I'm willing to bet they'll gladly order it to keep their customers happy!!! They don't have stores like this anymore! Not only do they carry fresh, quality meat that they butcher themselves, they are very much customer oriented and customer based! What the customer wants the customer is gonna get and that's just a fact!! This is why they're still in business and probably will be for a very very long time!!
