I received an email that a book I requested is ready for me at Cary Library and to pick up before November 18th, but, when I go online to schedule a pick up time it says there are no times available in November. What to do?

Right now they're prepping the library for the next phase, which is letting some patrons in side (with safety plans), but the (Cary Regional)library is closed until the 23rd. You can transfer your hold to another branch (the Western Regional opens Monday), or get your book after the Cary library reopens.

The same thing happened to us, we called the library and they told us the books are just placed in bags on rolling carts at the parking garage enterence on p3 for the day.
