Seafood is fresh, but the two times I have eaten there it taste like it was fried in OLD OIL.

I believe so, if memory serves correctly they source all their seafood fresh daily from a public seafood market just up the road. Don't hold me to it, but I do belive that to be what I was told.

Best kept secret in Holden's Beach. No so attractive from the outside, but the good is absolutely fresh. They catch or buy, all the seafood locally. The prices are excellent compared to the quantity and quality of the food experience.
