Their steaks in general are very good.
I found my steak a little more gristle-y then I like

They have Ribeye's. The Ribeye 35 which is a 16oz 35 day dry aged select piece of meat or the Petite which is a 10 - 12oz version.
They have a ral good flat iron steak, yes.
Don't think they have it. Think more tavern food. But burger and fish are good
