Looking to buy items from your store to craft and make things with and I was wondering if I make things would the store buy them back to display for others to buy or get ideas to make things?

The individual stores won't. You could try contacting Hobby Lobby corporate. The individual stores have no say in what they carry. The only way you might be able to share your designs is by getting hired to teach a class there.
