how much shorter is the pier at sea cabins,, we just booked a unit there we did not know the pier had been damaged, we have not been there in a few years but we have stayed there for several years, we come there because of the private pier

It's short compared to the length it was .. but at high tide they still catch a lot. Hopefully in October the rebuild will start

Just got back last weekend from Sea Cabin, my best guess is about 1/4 of the end pier is inaccessible, but we still enjoyed walking out on it talking to the fisherman and enjoying the views. It was our first time staying there and honestly if the damaged part wasn’t still standing in the water I would have never known it was missing. Hope this helps
