what is tulle & how do you use it

It's mesh fabric, there's a fine and a coarse kind they both come in a variety of colors. Often used for wedding decorations and gifts, but also often used for tutus and petticoats. Sold by the yard on bolts, or rolls, typically 6 inches wide. Often used to make gossamer gift baggies.

It can either be sewn in layers or knitted to make what I call a scribble.

I make wreaths with it but you can do a lot with it. It's a kind of mesh
