We sat at tables in new room, last weekend. We didn't have to pay extra to sit there, but it wasn't very crowded. Bathrooms are right by the tables.

If the concert is in their main bar yes, and the bathrooms are accessible from them as well. I'm not sure of the sitting situation for their new music venue
