My 11 y/o daughter wants to do ballet, but she has had no experience at all. She has done some practice at home. Would you be putting her in a class that has kids that are younger or are you putting kids in classes based on experience?

Most of the dancers started around age 5, so they move up to the next level at around the same ages. The levels are based on ability not age. Im not sure where they would place an 11 year old beginner. You can show up for a class and observe for your self after July 4. Right now we are focusing on the upcoming recital, and you may not get a good idea of what a typical class looks like.

This studio has something called teen classes where teens with little to no experience can learn without having to be with children much younger than them so if you are interested you cab register on the website elite is a great place for your child so I hope you consider it 😁
