We offer g/f pasta upon request. It takes extra time. All pasta is made in house but the g/f is imported from Italy. We also offer risotto. Please be advised we are not a true g/f restaurant as some advertise. We have gluten everywhere. For the true g/f clients with celiac or other food allergies, we take them very seriously. This is the cleanest menu the history of Vaccaro's. Everything is made in house...except for the wine!
Their main advertising tagline is: "vegan, gluten free, veggie friendly - using local ingredients that are rich in food history" which tells me that they would have a considerable amount of choices for someone that is gluten intolerant as well as vegans or vegetarians. I myself have no gluten allergies but have had pasta here . . . and . . . if their pasta is gluten free, it has no taste difference from regular homemade pasta. It is fantastic. This is an incredible bonus because I have had gluten free bread before that tasted like I ate a chalkboard eraser as punishment from a nun for being ornery.
To the best of my recollection there are no gluten-free options but there are food items that would not involve gluten. My niece was with us and she is gluten free and I recall she ordered a salad and also some sort of seafood without pasta
