Hi, our minimum is 100$, and I am not sure about who told@Sally Tilley what is stated, but that is NOT THE CASE! WE START AT 100$ , EVEN IF ITS A DOT! OUR SET UP FEE IS 100$ , and goes up from there, sorry that you were misinformed
