The best is when you order online as store pickup, I use this option. The pickup line is usually very quick you are in and out with your order. And someone else pick the item for you.

They're notorious for terrible customer service.
Check online 1st to make sure they actually have what you're looking for and then either go to the store or hang up and call again. When checking online...make sure they have plenty of what you're looking for because they might be out of it by the time you get there. For best results, simply order it online and pick it up at the store.
You shouldn't wait more than 5 minutes. Hang up and call again until you get help.
There is SELF CHECKOUT IN THE STORE... As far as Cust. Serv. Idk about them...
There may not be enough ppl to handle the phone and the customers that are actually in the store.check to see if the answer is on line.
