I don't know what the experience of this other person is with Iroquois nursing home. My mother was there for 2 years, and the staff was awful. I had to be there every single day for her to help take care of her. They are not caring. unless they are in front of family members that is. I wouldn't put any of my relatives in that nursing home. If you love your family member you need to be there for them. It is a very lonely life for them. They have to be in a wheelchair even if they were walking going in all patients need to be in a wheelchair. Most of the staff has never worked in a hospital and only in a nursing home. So they are not trained for anything else.
Yes, definitely. Staff at Iroquoise are very caring and compassionate about their residents and their families.
