I lived at The Carousel Park apartments for 2 years before I couldn't stand it anymore. My unit was repeatedly broken into, I was robbed and the property manager said it didn't surprise her. It's incredibly loud, horrifically managed, crime all over and every illegal substance you can think of runs rampant there. Don't be suckered in. Everyone is rude, inconsiderate, it smells foul and some tenants are literally (literally!) rotting due to the conditions there. The fire alarms go off randomly all the time, there's a factory next door that kicks up debris, a train goes by all the time, etc... I had panhandlers banging on my door for money, saw fights break out, etc... don't do it! I'm not talking about marijuana either. I had to avoid stepping on needles. It'll seem okay for a few months but I promise you, you'll be running for your life!
May 1st they are for elderly people and also for mentally ill people and for people with disabilities 55 + for Disabilities 63 + for seniors and don't call them old people you will be that way someday there is a lot of drugs being passed around at the carousel you might enjoy it for any respectable person this place is not for you for people that don't want to work and I are on Medicaid this is the ideal place to keep you in check most people that claim to be disabled really don't want to work and they want to play the system you know that I know that the government knows that it's a way of keeping people on Medicaid and keeping them down give them all the freebies that they want and let them do whatever they want just so they don't rise up to the upper middle class or the rich we don't want them here do you want people that have at least a college education and moreover a master's degree and a doctorate degree they are allowed to rise up the rest stay poor on food stamps snap Medicaid
Anyone can live here now not just seniors or the disabled. I am not disabled as I work, young in age, and I live here.
