RMV phone number states that walk-ins are allowed later in the day and after people with appointments have been served. Wondering if this is is being honored here in Nantucket?

It is not. I went over there with the same question, as there is no available date to book a reservation. I was told that Nantucket is exempt from this rule and the rule that you heard over the phone, does not apply to Nantucket. You cant come to the rmv with out a prior reservation.

You sort of have to take your chances but you can just walk in here. My husband has done it a couple times.
