Its a strip club. Whats got you confused? If your a spineless jellyfish thats feels obligated to "buy her" a drink from the bar then that answers the why! Its shooting fish in a pond. Milk every $ possible off guys being polite buying the girl a drink. Its in theirs nature to feel the need too even if not directly hustled/asked too so the owner lets them stay around the bar vs turn n burn which is the name of the game!!
