Mr Goodman please ask the little girl Amy. I witnessed it with my own eyes and ears. Ask Amy what i told her to tell that man if he asked why i walked out. Ask Amy about how that man talks to people.
My father and grandfather own this place and in my 36 years of life I have rarely heard them curse and especially not in their place of business in front of customers. As to yelling it could have been a serious situation that may have resulted in injury or loss of life there for causing the yelling to insure all parties were attentive to the situation. I'm sorry if your experience was not up to your standards, but feel free to stop in and discuss with them as they are always happy to help and learn of new perspectives from customers.
