Not walking distance from Yankee Stadium but close enough would be Hotel Cliff is located 505 W 181st Street Washington Heights
Our hotel was located towards the Madison Square Garden and we went to the Yankee Stadium by the subway. The line passes at the foot of the stadium!
Best bet is looking in Manhattan for one then taking either a taxi, uber, or the subway to the game
Saint Nicholas Inn is less than a mile from the stadium.
