If you want to go to monument park, get there when the gates open. For prime games they normally open the gets a little earlier.
Gates generally open 2 hrs. Prior to game time.

Are you driving in? If so, get there early to find parking preferably on the street a few blocks away. Be mindful of possible street closures to car traffic as well.
