Sam got it right.... I would get to the stadium by 11AM... if you want to see Monument Park in center field, head straight out there.... they stop letting people in about an hour before the first pitch .
They usually open the gates about 1-2 hours before first pitch. I wouldn't expect to arrive for a 1:00 start before 11:00.
