I'm sure it's totally doable but why would you want to set it up through Reeves if you're going to be the one doing all the work getting it set up. As soon as you bring any kind of government branch and Anythink it gets very complicated.
Actually it would be easy if you went through Reeves Community Center and I think it would be super popular football playing kids have nothing to do in the off-season
