I don't understand the purpose of this question. It sounds like you are asking how a mistake was made. If so, that is human nature and unless it was intentional or malicious I try to extend some grace. Plus, their customer service is some of the best in the restaurant industry and would also be happy to make it right for you. If that happened to me, I would promptly inform them of the mistake and I am 100 percent confident they would make it right immediately.
