I'm a first time client. I ordered a few fish about a week ago. Haven't heard from anyone about my order. I've called. & left a couple messages. Is this the normal? Cause it doesn't feel right. Any suggestions?

Hey kevin my name is mike and woek for aquascape. I have called a few times with no answer, its usually a little harder for me to answer phone calls since we are dealing with customers in the store front of the business along with making calls to other customers, wholesalers, and other individuals, but i ha e you order infront of me and will be giving you a call in about 5 minutes again.
