Why was I not notified that an oven I ordered back in December will not be here until 2/1, I WS CALLED LAST WEEK AND WAS TOLD IT WILL BE HERE ON THE 15 O JANUARY, I CALLED THIS MORNING AND WAS TOLD 2/1, I AM NIT VERY HAPPY WITH LOWES RIGHT NOW

They did the same thing to us! We ordered a range, they called us with a delivery date & time, then called back and said they didn't know if they had it in stock. We heard nothing more for several days, so we went to the store, and that's when they figured out it wouldn't be available for another 3 weeks. Lowes is awful! We canceled our order & went to Barry's Appliance - they had the same one in stock.
