They did the same thing to us! We ordered a range, they called us with a delivery date & time, then called back and said they didn't know if they had it in stock. We heard nothing more for several days, so we went to the store, and that's when they figured out it wouldn't be available for another 3 weeks. Lowes is awful! We canceled our order & went to Barry's Appliance - they had the same one in stock.
