Like Charles, I'm not completely certain I understand the question your asking. From the standpoint of bringing your own gun(s) into the range, you'll simply need to be prepared to support that you are a legal possessor of the gun(s). The store assumes (for the most part) that you are but it's just like having it on the street, proof must be demonstrated or on record when the time comes. As for shooting it in the range, they inspect for safety, gun & ammo, that's it. Fyi, they have a good selection of rentals that might help your situation - should you simply be wanting to shoot the model before completing your purchase. Oh, as with every seller I'm aware of, they do not allow a new gun from their store to be shot before it is purchased.
I dont get what you mean. If the handgun is yours (private purchase or FFL transfer) you can shoot it at the range as you wish.
You're not licensed in NC?? Im agreeing as to what Michael Goins ... that's how I understand it to be at PBR..other than calling also let me suggest that you go down as soon as possible to try and get your license and you will need a NC Id proof of address, hope this helped...
