There is no free parking around bubba gumps. There is parking in front of chilis and hooters plus across the street in the 2 story parking structure. Bubba gumps pays for 2 hours of validated parking

I have only seen paid parking a cross the Aquarium of the Pacific other than that, I think is only public after 10pm.
