This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had! No exaggerating. The front desk was completely rude, esp after I came Back the next morning to explain that we had to leave before midnight due to being ate up by bed bugs. My fiance had welps all over him. I brought my own blanket and laid on top if the blankets, only was bit once. That was in the 2nd room, because the 1st room had 2 spiders crawling on the bed within 5 minutes of being there. Which I have pictures of. They refused to compensate me, give my money back, or anything in between.

Gina R November 2019 The weekly rate was only 250.00 which worked out well while we were locating a home to move into. We did not have any bed bug experiences and I looked thoroughly.Our third week there the breaker would kick off every time we used the microwave. I noticed If the refrigerator was plugged in then it would cause the breaker to kick off.the last time this happened the front desk clerk (Ragh?). Informed me that this was the last time they were going to turn the breaker back on and that the following day we were to move to a new room.well........the mirror above the sink wsa permanently etched with grafitti saying fu@k you. I some how felt violated i'm not appreciated i have a good paying customer. Considering this entire hotel is nearly empty maybe with six to eight guests in total. Truly i feel a cultural indifference between the management and between the guests. Certainly this place is lacking customer service not including tracy or tina ,which do a great job!
Yes they are pet friendly. BUT I wouldn't bring a dead cockroach to this place. My dog's excretions i wouldn't let stay here.
