Cross the st there is a free parking lot. When you see urth on your right side just drive a little more before the traffic light on the other side of the street there is a free parking lot
Laguna Beach is a great place to walk around. Ditch your car in one on the public parking lots and enjoy the walk. My favorite is Lot #13, Laguna Beach Community and Susi Q Center. $5 after 5pm Monday-Friday and all day Saturday-Sunday. It's farther away, but covered parking, always open spots, cheap, and open late. Otherwise google Laguna Beach parking for a list of other parking lots in LB
There's metered street parking, but it's extremely busy on the weekends
