No, but I would recommend making a reservation also would recommend everyone get there at their appointed time otherwise, they will make you wait longer if everyone isn't there in 30 min of their reservation time. We learned this the hard way
You don't have to, but there's normally await for party groups, not sure what the cap is but we had 8 and was told that it was a 30 minute wait to be seated. Great place.

No, try to get there by 5 if you can for the early bird special!
Not required but definitely recommend you try to. We've walked in on a week night almost as soon as they opened and still had to wait about 20 minutes. Possibly because they wait until a table is full before seating it.
