Why food so old and dry

Never had an issue.

We didn't experience dry and old food. Sorry you had a bad experience. Hope you stated that to the manager so that they can fix it and make it better.

I've eaten at the Aiken location a few times. Not up to my standards. The one in Columbia odd of Forest Dr and Ft Jackson is great.

You didn't get there early enough
