I came back in and bought the dishwasher. Mistake!! That was on Jan. 15th. Job of installation still not completed as a defective one was brought to me. It had to be re_ordered. I have called numerous times and am told I will be called back. What a joke!

Agree. Sanford Lowe's doesn't seem to have the same company mindset as the rest of corporate Lowe's. Inventory, pricing, product knowledge...all seem wanting. you might try Sears in Jonesboro. Very accommodating.
