I had a checking account that was closed because I forgot to put a check in the ATM. It has been over 15 years. Can you tell me if I would be able to open one now?

What does that mean? To see if you are eligible for a checking account! Thats the nice way of saying, we have to see if you have any crimminal record for banking fraud, or writing bad checks when you know damn well you don't have the money in your account!😏😬👎😂😋😒

Yes I have had many accounts close because I forgot to put a check in the ATM.....Very comment issue. So the answer to your question is Yes!! you may be able to open a New Checking Account since you did no use the other one in 15 years.. You will also need a Valid ID and Money to deposit ($100 min). Also the bank will run a soft credit check (wont hurt your credit score) and make sure your eligible to have a checking account.
