Signs say yes with 72 hour maximum. I've used the other island landing overnight and have never had any problem.
Although not specifically prohibited, I would be concerned about security.
There's no lighting on site either. I wouldn't risk it.
It's supposed to be a "day use" facility, so leaving a vehicle there would be completely up to you. Just kinda depends on how confident you are no one will mess with your stuff (or tow it or write you a citation)
