Your sign says fast and friendly service when 3 in a line but there are two lines with 6 or more waiting in check out and there are no shopping carts. What is happening with this store?

It will happen to all business, having an off night. I love this place because it's usually never busy. Give it another shot. I recommend this safeway over any around this area.

You are right but that day I went there I only wanted to get two items the lines were long I almost walk out when I went to go pay there were know lines they just wait to long to open another register

All of the cart shopping carts were stolen one night they were on order and should already be at the store by now if you ever do see a line that has more than 3 in it you simply need to mention it to anybody with a Safeway tag on and they will immediately call for assistance

There usually are shopping carts. Also customer service is pretty good most of the times.

Just lack of management and customer service.
