Too true! I'm living proof. One company tried charging me 8700 and South Point cut that in half with warranty.
BEWARE! Due to an increased volume of calls after strong storms, many companies temporarily hire "storm chasers" or salesmen from out of town, to run calls and make sales for them. Some storm chasers are selling for companies from out of state or far away. These salesmen are then off to the next storm and you are left with no one to call or working with a company from out of town that will not be there if you have issues with the roof or repair. South Point never hires storm chasers.
