Costco does not have a day pass but you are allowed in with a member if you know anyone who is a member. You can also get prescriptions filled without being a member but you can not shop & purchase anything else. Your member friend, if you know anyone, can let you use their membership card to purchase items, provided they accompany you.

I have gotten day passed a long time ago when I wasn't a member. It's not expensive to get a membership
