It was real bad the last time I went. I will not be going back
Poor quality food and not worth the wait.
They have gone down hill with costumer service. They will not get my families money ever again. I see the same thing at Logan's and cracker barrel. I think the close proximity to the interstate brings in so many people that they don't care about the ones that will come back. Well, would if they had a better experience. All three are on our never again list.
I can honestly say that I go around 5:30 and I have only had to wait a min. Or two. Never had a bad meal, especially the steak.
The night we went they were not short staffed. Service wasn't that fast though.
On holiday and Sunday they are very busy.weekdays is the best time to go.
Yes, we've seen this a lot here. I assume they're short on staff
