I'm a new service. 2 pickup days have passed now & my trash is STILL by the road and I STILL don't have a container. I've called 6 times trying to get this handled but all I'm getting is, "tomorrow", "24 hours" 😳😳 Is it always like this?!!

Yes it is all I do is have problems with this company. The have the convenience of "monopolizing" the yeah service in the area therefore they don't have to care about their customers. We have no other options

Republic's manpower has been driving equipment right past my house almost everyday. Again, my trash is STILL there & now being strown down the road!! No excuses Republic. Still waiting on call from a manager too... Hmmm..... No bueno man

I'm a driver at Republic and we are having alot of issues with manpower and equipment. But to answer your question. No it isn't always like this

New service and I’m still waiting for my container.... I’ve waiting for this about 10 days, nobody has returned me the call, I’m frustrated! What’s a bad service!

I paid for a year and for the last 3 weeks they have not picked up the trash so all I hear is it on the list for pick up.
