When are you open and do I need an appointment.

I go here and you don't need an appt, but if first time have to arrive a hour before they close to get paperwork started. They do ask for a bill to show proof of housing. Monday          3pm to 7pm Wednesday  10am to 2pm Friday            10am to 2pm

It can be any piece of mail. As long as its dated within the last 30 days and in the correct zip. Bring your id. I would pull up the website to be sure they service your zip code
