Wow, I'm blown away! The building does need a makeover, but the crew is ALWAYS thorough, polite and professional. The noise could be louder than usual because they were really busy and trying to get orders out in a timely manner, that's just how it is when you're a team and have to communicate with one another. They could possibly have been having a bad day, we all experience those. Every one has their opinion and mine is a really positive one with the staff of the Jefferies Hwy Wendy's. Wow now I need a Baconator❤️☕👍🎉❤️
That Wendy's location needs to be shut down. The drive thru sign needs to be updated and they need a whole entire new staff. The day we went, we ordered by the number on the drive thru and that's not what we got when we got our order. I told the worker at the window this and she got upset, called the manager and said she couldn't do it anymore. They were also apparently short staffed that day and everyone had a nasty attitude.
You should report them to the manager.
