Different tattoos take different amount of time and also have different prices. But the folks at Tattoo Bills are excellent, so my best suggestion to you is to contact them explain to them what you want and let them give you a price. I promise you will not be disappointed.
I got something similar on my bicep, and I would say about 100, and it would take them about an hour. But the tattoo will be worth it and a solid quality tattoo.
My wife got one recently within the last month. Can't say about price but it took like 45mins for hers.

Thanks Travis and Chris. I want to get a quote on mine. Maybe on both forearms want cursive writing saying one arm "God is Good! And the other forearm would be "All the Time" it guess it would cost about just over $200 maybe
