I just tried this and it worked for me! I was finally able to get through. Press 0 to speak to the operator, then the automated voice will begin to tell you to leave a message and press 0 again and then you should be transferred to a live person.

After calling press 0 to get tech. Support. Listen 2 them tlk as AS SOON as it's done press 0 again. After doing this a few times itll connect 2 a person. Works every time
