They don't program fob's, however they do duplicate many transponder keys for vehicles. Telling this in case the OP was actually asking about the key copying. Lots of folks don't know all the terminology.
Key Fobs for cars are usually programmed to the car's computer system. Unfortunately, you can't get one programmed unless you go through the dealership. The machines that program them are specific by make.
I would go to Ace Hardware first, if not a speciality store first.
