It's easier to go into the any Macy's and return it. Bring your Macy's card, have your order number ready & drivers license if you dont have your card.
Either call customer service if the items were purchased online, if you're a rewards star member you can go to drop the items off in-store at their kiosk and/or you can just return the items to any store as long as you have your receipt/order number.
