Yes, they usually are very helpful and willing to let you try out the gym before you join. They have a great staff at the two notch location.
Membership to have a guest you'll need the black card and it cost $20/mo. Your guest are not supposed to use massage chairs or beds. If your guest wants to purchase something the member should pay to get member discount.

If you have a black card you can have a guest but they do not give out visitor passes
