Why is there no Costco in Rocky Mount to compete with Sam's and Fred's Club?

I wish we had one in Greenville. We have to go to either Raleigh or Wilmington so 80 minutes or 100 minutes driving.

Costco likes larger markets ...so the additional membership fees won't strain the average shopper.
