I ordered chicken and shrimp the other night (Door Dash) and when I got the order delivered, I was told by the driver that Bob Evans was out of shrimp. I got charged for the shrimp!! What gives?? Getting charged for something I didn’t get??

It's agreed that if a served order is incorrect one should not have to accept it let alone pay for it. Let the wait staff know immediately upon receipt of the meal though and don't consume it because it's not mutually fair to you nor the establishment. I have eaten breakfast at Bob Evans at Brier Creek several times and have this far not encountered a problem with food or service. The place has always appeared clean.

Go to there website and complain. If your able to attach a copy of your receipt the would be great. You shouldn't have to pay for what you did not receive.
