The lady that did my fitting was extremely nice and helpful! She made every effort to be as helpful as she could and was very compassionate. The other 2 ladies at checkout were very rude when I ask about getting a third wig that day. They said they would need to wait and see if the insurance company paid them first. While I was getting fitted they wanted me to call and verify just what I could get. I had already called and given them my insurance information before I ever went up there in the first place. Needless to say, I've never heard from them again, so I'm sure they got their money. I don't want to buy anything else there- cancer is hard enough without rudeness!
