Absolutely. But I agree with the owners answer that it depends on the root cause, your body, and the other things you do that help or exacerbate your pain. It may also take a few sessions before you figure out what liength, frequency and depth of massage works best for you. And if you haven't been getting regular massage it will take a few sessions to get you to a good baseline. Kneaded energy is a good place to go for this.
